Responsibilities
• Greet incoming customers immediately whenever possible• Has thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu and make suggestions to customers• Take orders and serve food and/or beverage to customers• Cashiering duties including preparing checks and processing payment through POS system• Ensuring cleanliness in dining area including but not limited to removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning, refilling sauces, and cleaning sauce containers as needed• Set up tables in preparation for the next customer• Will also be responsible for general housekeeping duties of the restrooms• Stock service areas with supplies when needed• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards• Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
Requirements
• Preferred 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment, specifically as a server• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills• Able to multitask and work in a team environment• Must be able to work flexible schedules• High School diploma preferred• All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process
