Responsibilities
• Manage own time, professional development, and accountability• Be the subject matter expert for serialization processes• Support the deployment of requirements and enhancements for SAP ECC, SAP ATTP, and SAP ICH• Analyze and resolve serialization issues• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address packaging and labeling issues• Conduct and support serialization user testing and training• Escalate and follow-up on serialization issues• Support data issue resolution and master data review• Gather and trend serialization data• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
• High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 4+ years of relevant experience• Experience in supply chain functions and logistics• Previous serialization implementation and troubleshooting experience• Strong leadership and communication skills• Ability to integrate business knowledge with analytical insight• Fluency in English (oral and written)
