Additional information is available on pershing.com, or follow us on LinkedIn or Twitter @Pershing .The ideal candidate must have strong product management experience with some financial services domain knowledge.You will have an impact in following ways:Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives, prioritizes initiatives, goal-setting, and creates the evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery Lead complex and strategically important product InitiativesUnderstands the client's needs and objectives, can introduce new ways of working, being productive, and soliciting feedbackWork closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. UX, Engineering, and Business groups) Drive product innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry trendsDefine product metrics, measures performance, and uses data to inform product decisionsDevelop product launch and go-to-market strategy for new products and/or enhancements to existing onesTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Possesses curiosity to ask the hard questions, explores new ideas, and continuously learns and researches to meet goalsStrong communicator and Influencer; ability to communicate ideas regardless of the audience.Possesses a "get-it-done" attitude – ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision. Organized, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasksCustomer Focus and Empathy – ability to bring everyone together, help them grow and work towards a unified vision, and deliver high-quality products that delight customers and align to their visionHave an interest in constantly learning new tools and technologies and a passion to share your knowledge with the teamQualifications & Requirements:You have:Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required8-10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environmentFINRA Series 7 & 65Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revisionCommercial orientation and business acumen to assess new opportunities and drive profitabilityClient orientation: ability to engage, build trusting relationships and set/manage expectationsDeep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous buildsExperience managing daily technical and design direction.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $221,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
