We are seeking a passionate UX Researcher to join our team. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in understanding user needs, advocating for user-centric design principles, and shaping the development of our products. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers to define research objectives and methodologies.
Conduct in-depth research through methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability studies to uncover user insights and needs.
Synthesize and communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Work closely with the design and development teams to integrate user feedback into product iterations.
Continuously adapt research processes to suit the agile environment and project requirements.
Manage participant recruitment, scheduling, and logistics for research activities.
Travel occasionally as needed for on-site research or meetings.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in UX research or a related field.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Proficiency in a variety of research methods and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Openness to feedback and willingness to collaborate with team members.
Bonus: Experience with design and prototyping tools, healthcare industry knowledge, familiarity with Pendo, Mixpanel, or Salesforce.
