**About the Role:
As the Senior UX Director, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our UX teams, focusing on enhancing the user experience for our core suite of restaurant POS and business management software. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive our vision for restaurant user experiences and provide mentorship to your team, ensuring we deliver solutions that empower restaurant owners, managers, and employees.
**Responsibilities:
- Develop a compelling vision for our restaurant experience, leveraging our suite of POS and business management offerings.
- Drive user-centered design practices and foster creativity within our Product Design team.
- Establish strong relationships with cross-functional partners to inform future roadmaps and transform UX vision into reality.
- Efficiently lead the generation of user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed.
- Advocate for SpotOn users within a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Establish clear processes for estimating, planning, and tracking UX projects.
- Mentor UX managers and designers to distill complex product goals into intuitive user experiences.
- Lead user research activities and leverage data analytics to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across various teams to create compelling experiences for our products.
**Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product user experience design with a strong portfolio.
- 5+ years of experience managing UX teams, both local and remote.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with design thinking frameworks and mobile-first product design.
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, user research, visual design, and accessibility.

**Compensation:
- Base salary range: $220,000—$265,000 USD + RSUs
- Competitive compensation package including company stock options
