Responsibilities
• Collaborate and advise members on borrowing needs• Provide education and consultation on loans• Perform credit bureau reviews• Input loan applications• Provide deposit solutions for members• Advise members on deposit products• Open savings, checking, certificates, IRAs, and money markets• Build relationships and provide financial education• Identify cross-selling opportunities• Utilize partner relationships to deepen member relationships
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• One year as Universal Banker preferred• Have or be able to attain an NMLS number• Two years retail financial experience or working in a sales environment• Excellent communication skills• Working knowledge of basic business math• Working knowledge of deposit accounts and loan products• Ability to hear, assimilate, and solve problems quickly• Ability to adapt to changing job responsibilities quickly
Key Skills Needed
