This is a technical job limited to technical organizations. The Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Requires familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices, service-oriented architecture, and product analytics.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: -Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Define and prioritize the technical product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
-Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure technical product viability, desirability, and alignment with business goals by establishing success criteria and monitoring product performance.
-Work closely with Architecture and Engineering on technical design and to identify and manage critical dependencies. Support trade-off discussions, negotiations, and alignment on feature prioritization, technical solutions, and timing with stakeholders. Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in sprint planning and support feature refinement, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed.
-Act as a subject matter expert and acknowledged authority within the organization for assigned product(s) or product line(s). This career step is assigned moderately complex products or product lines. Experience working on a single technical product or product line. Writes user stories and sets the product direction at the team level OR writes features and sets the direction for a group of teams.
Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Will be responsible for charting and executing the course for AT&T's customer and employee digital experience across our consumer distribution channels.
2) Will drive product life cycle from inception to production launch.
3) Have strong technical background to ensure the component design is modular & scalable.
4) Must have a well-rounded technical background in current web and micro-service technologies.
5) Write epics/features and user stories.
6) Break down business requirements, work with architects to drive solutions, manage product roadmaps.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Strong knowledge/experience using platform-as-a-service deployment environment: 3 years
Strong knowledge/experience working with continuous integration & delivery: 3 years
Technical Product Management Role: 5 years

Software development - processes – techniques: 5 years
Strong knowledge/experience developing REST clients & services: 3 years
Strong knowledge/experience using both container & cloud VM app deployment models: 3 years

Our Senior Tech Product Managers earns between $118,800.00-$178,200.00., Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
