They're looking for a Senior Survey Project Manager for their Charlotte office. This role involves overseeing land surveying projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and satisfactory completion. Collaborating closely with our team, including surveyors, engineers, and administrators, the Senior Survey Project Manager plays a pivotal role in project execution.
Responsibilities: Manage multiple construction surveying projects from inception to completion, meeting deadlines and budgets. Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in conjunction with clients and project teams. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Conduct site visits for progress monitoring and safety compliance. Review and approve project documentation. Provide mentorship to junior staff. Requirements: Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in SC Bachelor's or Associate's degree in land surveying or civil engineering. Minimum 10 years' land surveying experience, with 5 years in project management. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and land surveying tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong relationships.
