What You'll Do
As a Senior Supply Planner, you'll be at the forefront of our supply chain operations, collaborating with various teams to develop and execute supply plans. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and maintaining supply plans in coordination with third-party suppliers
Collaborating with production leads, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to supply planning
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Supply Plan Attainment and Capacity Utilization
Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the supply chain
Communicating effectively with internal teams to provide updates on supply planning activities
What You'll Bring
We're looking for candidates who are passionate about supply chain management and have a strong desire to make a difference in the healthcare industry. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 4 years of experience in demand/supply planning
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate data into actionable insights
Experience with PowerPoint presentations (preferred)
A background in the medical device industry (preferred)
