Responsibilities
• Ultimate responsibility of construction• Work directly with Project Manager• Expert knowledge of assigned plans and specs• Participate in assigned projects pre-construction phase, advising on all constructability issues• Host mandatory preconstruction meetings with every sub prior to the start date• Monitor projects quality control• Understand, implement & uphold Pogue procedures and processes• Maintain and update Project Schedule• Prepare updated schedule to present at every sub meeting• Create and develop short term construction schedule
Requirements
• 5-7 years of Commercial Construction experience• Mainly in Hospitality
