Our office is currently working with a progressive public accounting firm that has a current opening for an Senior Staff Auditor. This is a stable firm with strong presence in the area that has been providing valuable expertise and accounting services to their diverse clients. The firm has continued to grow and is now in need of a professional with strong audit experience to join their leadership team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and working along side a team of Audit staff members. In addition they will also be managing some of the firm's larger accounts. Senior Staff Auditor Duties/Responsibilities: Work directly with and provide support to a team of highly motivated audit staff members Provide proper evaluation and analysis of clients' financial information Provide detailed service to a variety of clients and diverse industries Take full responsibility for services of various assigned clients under the supervision of senior managers and partners Meet regularly with business and community contacts to maintain a network within the local market Provide timely and complete evaluations and counseling Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or another related field MBA would be a plus CPA License 3 years of experience within public accounting, audit work Municipal, governmental, towns and cities experience Single audit - 2CFR200 experience Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service Must be able to lead and motivate a team of highly motivated individuals to a final goal Must have strong multi-tasking skills Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Always represent the firm with integrity Compensation/Benefits: Competitive salary Benefits: 401k plan, Medical, etc. Upward mobility Work/life balance If interested, please apply or contact Dan Sokolowski at
