One Therapy Network (ONE) helps therapists open their own therapy practices and run them efficiently. The backbone of the network is our proprietary software solution, Theranet. Theranet is the country's leading practice management suite designed specifically for pediatric therapy practices. Launched in 2018, ONE is already gaining interest from therapy practices around the country. We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our team.
Position Description: Develop high-level functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the stakeholders and knowledge of enterprise architecture. Design software architectures and communications alongside development team.
Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes. Develop high-level system design diagrams for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Work alongside team members to develop and implement moderate to complex web applications on one or more platforms.
Requirements: Has mentored junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices and DevOps trade-offs Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Understand emerging web and mobile development models Experienced with all ancillary technologies necessary for Internet applications: TCP/IP, POP/SMTP, etc. High scalability projects involving cloud-based infrastructure design and implementation Good understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API design for extensibility and portability Solid understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) model in the online environment Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies Experience with Apex and Salesforce development Job Type: Full-time
