Responsibilities
• Work with the SRE team on medical and 3rd Party services and technology• Understand end-to-end configuration and technical dependencies of production services• Design and deliver critical stack with focus on security, resiliency, scale, and performance• Partner with development teams in implementing service architecture improvements• Articulate technical characteristics, scale, capacity, and requirements of services• Automate and orchestrate solutions to complex issues• Act as escalation point for complex or critical issues• Understand and explain product architecture decisions on distributed systems• Develop deep understanding of services and technologies• Provide quick and meaningful feedback on production issues
Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer• 4+ years of Linux and Windows system administration experience• 2+ years of scripting experience (python, ruby, bash)• Cloud experience in IaaS and SaaS• #LI- REMOTE #LI-ND1• Must be eligible to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
