About the role:? GoHealth is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join its InfoSec department. This person will play an integral role in safeguarding our organization's identity and access landscape. This candidate will oversee and delegate to the group major initiatives and be involved in strategy, planning, vendor selection, assessment and implementation. This person has the opportunity to implement infosec strategies with major impact across our organization.  
What you'll do: Design, implement, and maintain IAM and PAM solutions to enforce access controls, ensure least privilege, and comply with security policies and regulations. Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities within the IAM/PAM environment. Develop and implement automation processes to streamline IAM/PAM workflows and improve efficiency. Integrate IAM/PAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure, including directory services, applications, and cloud platforms. Manage privileged accounts and credentials, ensuring secure storage and access. Stay up-to-date on the latest IAM/PAM threats, trends, and technologies, and recommend improvements to the overall security posture. Collaborate with security operations and other IT teams to investigate and resolve security incidents related to access control. Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on IAM/PAM best practices. Develop and maintain documentation for IAM/PAM processes and procedures. Experience working in Enterprise AWS environment (certification preferred)? What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.? Minimum 5 years of experience in security engineering with a focus on IAM and/or PAM. CISSP or CISM (Preferred)? Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM/PAM solutions (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure PIM, Okta, HashiCorp Vault). Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, etc.) and authorization models (RBAC, ABAC). Experience with security automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits/Perks: Open vacation policy because work life balance is important 401k program with company match Employee Stock Purchase Program Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits Paid maternity and paternity leaveProfessional growth opportunitiesGenerous employee referral bonusesEmployee Resource GroupsWork from Home StipendGoHealth is an Equal Opportunity Employer Location: Hybrid  #LI-DI1
