Responsibilities:
Lead our sales teams by achieving sales goals and objectives. Close 2-4 projects per week Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance adjusters. Scout perspective storm territory and analyze market trends to identify opportunities. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of strong direct sales experience (1 year specific roofing sales), with a proven track record of success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. In-depth knowledge of insurance roof replacement and industry regulations. Compensation:
Uncapped commission Typical Project Commissions based on % of gross profit - approximately $3000/project Typical 1st-year sales: 150+ projects, 2nd year 200+ projects Draw and Closer Bonus structure provided Benefits:
