Senior Sales Rep

Safety award for their strong commitment to safety in the workplace. They are a national staffing organization built on a unique premise within the staffing industry. Our client is looking for a Marine Staffing Sales and Relationship Specialist to lead the formation of their new office in Norfolk, Va. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the marine staffing industry, as well as the skills and experience necessary to build a new office from the ground up.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow their Staffing presence in Norfolk yards. Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at marine companies Identify and qualify new sales leads Generate and close new business Manage a team of account managers Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in marine staffing sales Strong track records of success in generating and closing new business Excellent relationship building and networking skills Ability to develop and implement a sales strategy Strong communication and interpersonal skills
