Position Summary:
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing business opportunities in Central/South America and the Caribbean. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and expand our customer base for EMD remote power equipment, ensuring continuous service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets, expand market share, and drive revenue growth in the EMD remote power equipment segment.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive product adoption and market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Identify opportunities for remote power solutions within multiple countries.
Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to track progress, identify trends, and guide resource allocation.
Maintain a deep understanding of EMD remote power equipment portfolio, technical specifications, and applications to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
10 years of sales experience in the remote power industry with a focus on EMD or diesel-electric power equipment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and visit project sites.

Ideally, candidates will reside in Miami, FL, but other locations such as Houston and Mexico are possible as well. International travel will be involved.
