You should be comfortable leading early-stage sales conversations and quickly assessing if prospects align with FountainAccount research: Conduct research on accounts to determine if they fit Fountain's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Additionally, support Account Executives (AEs) by providing account insights to aid in building account plansSales Outreach: Utilize tools such as Outreach, Apollo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce for outbound and inbound sales activitiesCollaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey for prospects. Foster growth and development of this relationshipPre & Post Event Lead Management: Assist the sales and marketing team in event preparation by managing lead outreachEvent Support: Provide on-site support for our sales team during events by providing account information for in-person conversations. Occasionally, join the sales team at events to assist with staffingWhat you should bring:Minimum of six months in an SDR or sales role at a startupExperience in cold calling and emailingExperience managing your calendar and completing tasks in a remote work environment"Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externallyProficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, and other sales toolsStrong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks with prioritization by deadlinesAdaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic and evolving sales environmentSalary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 USD + Commission
