Job Overview
The Senior Market Research Manager will manage and execute all aspects of qualitative pharmaceutical market research projects. You will be part of a team where your contributions are recognized and appreciated and you will be challenged to grow working in a highly collaborative environment as you further develop your market research, management, and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design of qualitative pharmaceutical research projects.Write screeners and questionnaires and prepare discussion guides with a limited overview by senior team members.Conduct in-person and telephone interviews.Analyze and prepare near-final report of findings and develop conclusions.Work on several projects simultaneously.Participate in new business development.Mentor and train junior team members in various aspects of qualitative research and pharmaceutical industry knowledge.Travel as required to conduct qualitative research and visit clients.
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience as a market researcher in the pharmaceutical industry.Proficient in qualitative research and have knowledge of quantitative research processes.Experience in moderating, both in-person and over the phone.Strong communication skills.Bachelors degree.
