Senior Research Associate

RBW is partnered with a cutting-edge biotech company who are seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate to join them as a consultant and play a key role in advancing AAV-based gene therapy programs.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute AAV-specific characterization assays, including:
Size-exclusion chromatography – high-performance liquid chromatography (SEC-HPLC)
Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC)
Capillary electrophoresis sodium dodecyl sulfate (CE-SDS)
Perform ELISA assays for protein quantification and characterization
Utilize LC-MS/MS analysis for detailed protein and peptide characterization
Analyze and interpret data from various analytical techniques
Document experimental procedures and maintain accurate laboratory records
Contribute to the development and optimization of AAV characterization workflows
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and project managers
Stay current with advancements in AAV characterization technologies and methodologies
