Should the positions shift to in-office work in the future, the company will offer relocation benefits at that time should the position meet the established eligibility for these benefits.DescriptionThe Sr Reliability Engineer works with a multidisciplinary maintenance team to determine the overall strategy and plans for the department and provides expertise, knowledge and guidance for maintenance related to predictive and preventive maintenance; equipment reliability and condition monitoring, etc.Identifies system constraints and proactively pursues elimination of them through the continuous improvement cycle.Ensures continuous production is uninterrupted by equipment failures and reduces production costs through development of maintenance methods to improve process efficiency and reliability.Leads others and/or performs root cause analysis of equipment failures. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
