Company : Highmark Health Job Description : This job works closely with the TA Manager and TA Director in developing the recruitment strategy for the business functions supported and enterprise wide initiatives. Will assist TA Leadership in overall workforce planning by overseeing recruiting volume, delegating requisitions, handling appropriate escalations and leading TA projects as appropriate. The incumbent will provide a consultative level of service with with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Operations, Compensation, Talent Engagement Leads and peer recruiting partners to execute a defined strategy. On a day-to-day basis, this role will proactively and creatively assist with sourcing and identifying qualified candidates to develop pools of talent for the various jobs within a particular function. Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Leads the full cycle recruitment process. This includes creative sourcing, resume evaluation, and candidate screening for the owned requisitions. Using the applicant tracking system (Workday), facilitate the job posting, confirm requirements are appropriate for the approved job description, and activate posting. Using the ATS, present applicants to the hiring manager for consideration and monitor progress through the interview process. Provide coaching & guidance across the team throughout the recruitment process by leveraging internal HR partners as appropriate. Provides innovative candidate sourcing to produce sustainable talent pipelines and maintaining a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for all relevant functional areas. Leverage professional associations, social networks, and online resources and other emerging technology to generate diverse candidate slates for hiring teams. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to fill critical openings and strategic roles. Represents the company at external and internal functions (i.e., job fairs, sponsored events, etc.), provide the public with information about the company and career opportunities. Participates in ad-hoc projects including but not limited to, process improvement efforts. Provide subject-matter direction and guidance to recruiters. Provide mentorship across recruitment team as appropriate. May train employees, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work. Assists manager in TA and enterprise initiatives, programs and projects. Other duties as assigned or requested. EDUCATION Required Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field OR 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Preferred None EXPERIENCE Required 5 years of recruitment, ideally including a combination of both corporate and agency environments 5 years of using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to source, track, and measure results 3 years of recruiting in a regulated or OFCCP environment Preferred 3 years of experience with Workday Experience navigating a corporate environment in a consultative manner. Advanced written & verbal communication with ability to present to executive audience as appropriate.
