Senior Quality Engineer

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the companys quality initiatives, ensuring that the products meet all applicable standards and requirements. You will work on continuous improvement projects to drive improved quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement quality control systems and processes, adhering to IATF 16949 standards. Proactively leads or participates in all product development and launch team activities including: design reviews, DFMEA reviews, DCP reviews, customer visits, supplier visits, DV testing reviews, and PV testing. Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance with regulations and standards. Perform root cause analysis to identify process improvements and corrective actions. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met. Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement initiatives. Analyze customer feedback in order to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) reports. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role. Strong understanding of IATF 16949 standards and regulations.
