Senior Property Accountant - Real Estate

We're partnering with an exciting and growing real estate company looking to expand its property accounting team. This business was founded around 10 years ago and has experienced strong growth ever since, in part due to its proprietary software used to maintain a high value deal pipeline and manage multiple deal simultaneously.

In this role, you'll be responsible for day to day entries and maintenance of financials for a portfolio of commercial properties, while partnering with various stakeholders and contributing to process improvement initiatives. This is a high exposure role working on a talented team, within a business that offers tremendous amounts of growth and learning opportunities to ensure you remain challenged and engaged. About you:
4+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years of property accounting responsibilities
Yardi experience preferred but not required
Ambitious and a desire to learn and grow with a team and company
Bonus points for public company experience
Able to work 3 days a week in office
