Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-stakes projects. Ensure alignment with business goals and deliver on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, executive sponsors, and project teams. Your role as a facilitator between various stakeholders is crucial for the seamless execution of projects.
Strategic Planning: Develop detailed project plans, manage scope and resources, and monitor progress. Proactively address potential risks and issues through comprehensive mitigation strategies.
Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed with regular updates. Develop and oversee communication strategies that ensure transparency and continuous alignment on project goals.
Team Coordination: Coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project progression. Oversee the project's financial aspects and resource allocation.
Process Improvement: Drive the development and implementation of process improvements across organizational, application, and human workflows. Document and update policies and procedures influenced by project outcomes.
Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Provide insightful reports and status updates to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Minimum of three years of project management experience in a corporate setting.
Self-motivated and capable of handling ambiguity.
Proven ability to lead discussions and decision-making processes with senior leadership.
Experience in healthcare, especially with medical devices or related vendors, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with finance and procurement processes is beneficial.
