Senior Project Manager

Job Description: Project Manager Job Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction crew Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Communicate progress and updates to clients and stakeholders Review and approve project designs, schedules, and budgets Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project Provide leadership and guidance to project team members Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field Proven experience as a project manager in the construction industry Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations Desired Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a project management role Experience working with specialty general contractors is a plus Familiarity with roofing, restoration, and waterproofing projects Salary & Benefits: Salary Type: Annual Salary: Competitive salary based on experience Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off
