Your extensive background in Federal highway projects, collaboration with Caltrans and local agencies, and expertise in public works perfectly align with our requirements. Qualifications:
Civil Engineering, Construction Management, degrees or similar. 10-15 years of experience in heavy civil and/or highway construction. Experience with DOT and federal proposal writing. Possession of a CA Professional Engineer license is advantageous.. Professional Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
