Responsibilities
• Maintain primary one-to-one contact with the client.• Draft proposals for new projects with existing clients.• Attend regular design meetings with the client and issue meeting minutes.• Lead, organize, and schedule design team staff.• Prepare detailed personnel loading by task.• Coordinate with Design Discipline Managers to assign appropriate personnel.• Prepare project timeline and maintain design schedule.• Organize and maintain project design folder.• Coordinate responses to reviews and ensure they are reflected in drawings and specifications.• Perform site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.• 10+ years of project management experience.• Minimum 5 years working in the federal market.• Knowledgeable of construction process and familiar with FARS and DFARS contracts.• Highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.• Well-organized with good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.
