As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead matrixed teams on challenging projects applying various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Strong communications, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required to drive collaboration across technical and business teams to successfully deliver on time, under budget, and realizing the desired outcomes. You will support solving some of our clients' biggest challenges and help us grow the business while growing your career.
As a Senior Project Manager your responsibilities include managing projects from requirements to post-go live activities such as, collecting and vetting requirements, developing project artifacts (statement of work, resource plan, requirements traceability matrix, budget, schedule, etc.), facilitating project management forums (scrums, sprints, management reviews, operational readiness reviews, lessons learned, etc.), and driving results working across all stakeholders.
