Link Technologies ), is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a position in Las Vegas, NV. This will be an onsite contract/contract-to-hire/permanent opportunity. REQUIREMENTS Minimum five (5) years of experience with project management, business operations or systems development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. MUST have excellent leadership and motivation capabilities. Project Management Certification preferred. MUST be able to provide written documentation in the English language using the correct grammar, organized thoughts, proper sentence construction, and punctuation. Expert level of computer knowledge with spreadsheets, word processing, project management, and database software, i.e., Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, VISIO, and other graphic software. Strong comprehension of governing relational database structures, using reporting or query tools. Strong project management skills with the capability of successfully leading, facilitating, and organizing. Previous work experience with SDLC. Experience with research methods and presenting reports. Employ and determine graphical information, e.g., construction plans, schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, flow charts, layouts, and project management applications. Efficient communication and interpersonal skills: written, verbal, and listening effectively. Ability to describe information and deliver clear instructions to non-technical individuals. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills; close attention to detail. Create and observe project resources, budgets, and expenditures; ability to keep project on course and within specified budget. Excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Ability to learn quickly and open to learning new processes and comfortable in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. Capable of getting things done in a high-pressure environment so the project stays on schedule; able to gather resources, i.e., people, funding, material, support, etc.; efficiently and orderly at a moments notice.
