System High requires a customer-site program manager that will have the full authority to commit the System High Team and sub-contractors to all operational functions of the program in support of the assigned contract(s), and to represent and act for, the company in all matters relative to the execution of this IDIQ contracts and its associated Task Orders Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to) Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Management Support Specialist to join our team and support the F-35 program.As a part of our team, you will be at the forefront of pioneering security solutions, working on high-visibility and mission-critical aspects of the F-35 program. Project Management Responsibilities : Oversee all activities performed by contractor personnel, ensuring adherence to program security support services. Conduct Staff Meetings: Maintain agendas, slides, and current status updates. Coordinate & Deliver Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL). Maintain security documentation such as SOM, SOP, AMCP, PSI, COOP, OEP, EAP, and more. Schedule and facilitate security meetings. Handle security onboarding and off boarding processes in collaboration with Human Resources. Organize Security Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and International Security Conferences. Oversee security communication mediums, including mail groups and calendars. Provide centralized security customer service and technical writing support in compliance with relevant guidelines. Assist in the creation and distribution of security policies and procedures. Qualifications: Master's Degree in the relevant discipline. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of additional work experience related to the role can be substituted for a Master's Degree. 10+ years of experience related to the functional job description. Familiarity with DoD 5000 series (Acquisition Process) Four years of general security experience. SFPC Certification is preferred.
