Day to Day Responsibilities:
Assisting the IT Director with tasks such as invoice and budget management, escalation management, and generally handling the day-to-day demands
Must have exceptional organizational and communications skills, ability to triage requests and respond appropriately.
ability to translate technical concepts for a non-technical audience .
System Knowledge:

Office365 knowledge, including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint. Knowledge of Infor (Lawson) a plus
Should have good experience with hospitals
Familiarity with healthcare clinical applications development, support planning and ongoing applications management.
