Your Key Responsibilities Lead the team to achieve efficiency and effectiveness across the project portfolio using multi-project methods and toolsProvide project management leadership and guidance to others and escalate deviations to the appropriate steering committee members when necessaryContribute to the development of general project management policies as well as to respective guidelines and ensures compliance for all projects under reviewMaintain and report on project portfolios regarding project status, progress, maturity level, capacity, budget and resources as well as potential risk factorsManage and facilitate the scheduling, coordination, and planning processes for new product launches from product inception through the production process approval (PPAP) and early production containment (EPC) using PEP project guidelines.Alignment of goals and tasks with managers to ensure applicable qualification as defined in qualification matrix Your Qualifications Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technical or business-related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency3+ Years of experience in project management roleStrong problem solving and decision-making skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skillsTime management Prioritization Preferred Qualifications
