Senior Program Manager - DOE (Remote)

We are actively seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a team for a major environmental clean-up program. This full-time position requires proven experience in managing large-scale programs and teams. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of program engagement, including planning, vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, risk management, and alignment with client objectives .
Work Description: T he Senior Program Manager must excel in communication, collaborating with diverse teams across locations and provide leadership to motivate team members and achieve project milestones.
Responsibilities: Lead a team of engineers, scientists, and analysts for a major environmental clean-up program. Manage all aspects of program engagement, including planning, subcontract and external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues. Perform internal quality control reviews to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Ensure the program is aligned with and supports the achievement of client objectives. Develop and track schedules using critical path method software. Demonstrate a professional commitment to excellence and customer service. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, environmental, science or other technical degree 15 years of professional experience including 5 years in program management Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Ability to obtain a Q clearance (Equivalent to DOD Top Secret) Experience working within the federal government sector Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in engineering, environmental, science, business, or another relevant field Experience working with the U.S. Department of Energy Active Top Secret or Q clearance Recognized technical certifications such as Registered Professional Engineer (PE), Program Management Professional (PMP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), etc. Benefits: BluePath Labs offers a comprehensive benefits package.
