ModMed (https://www.modmed.com/company/) is hiring a driven Senior Product Owner to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Digital Experience team focused on Enterprise Applications This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with business stakeholders across multiple areas to define and document interim and long-term integrated business processes to sustain business operations. The candidate will team up with stakeholders from business units, technology platform owners and developers to define solutions that align with business processes, ensuring its integrity, end to end integration. Finally, the candidate will partner with business stakeholders to formulate and drive key change enablement initiatives within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

Lead the design of new or modified end-to-end business processes across multiple business areas

Document business process designs, as well as solution designs, being responsible for the functional delivery in partnership with the technical team

Hands-on experience and SME expertise with application areas such as Campaign to Lead Management, Opportunity to Cash, and Customer Success

Act as a "trusted advisor" to business partners bringing credible insight and delivering robust solutions that leverage technology

Manage feature and requirement backlog intake and prioritization to create delivery roadmaps while managing expectations with business partners

Partner with Technology Platform teams to maintain & enhance the new functionality to meet business requirements

Collaborate with business partners to ensure that business needs are met with a full understanding of process and technology implications

Participate in key project and solution design reviews as part of the methodology process to ensure solutions' Integrity, and proper Integration end-to-end, leveraging as much as possible standard CRM and ERP application functionality

Leverage agile approaches to deliver enhancement initiatives

Act as a change enablement agent along with business stakeholders to drive change across the organization pertaining to business processes and solutions being Implemented

Regularly interface with the business community and provide accurate ongoing updates on In-flight Initiatives

Establishing KPIs and measurable business benefits and ensuring proper tracking and reporting to measure project success

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required

Ability to work onsite three days per week in our Boca Raton, FL headquarters.

3+ years of Experience with 3+ years of product management/product owner experience or similar experience leading strategy & requirements definition for custom, cloud, and on-premise business technology projects

Extensive knowledge and experience in managing strategy, requirements, and delivery of technology solutions that support the Customer Journey from 'Lead to Cash' and the full customer lifecycle managed by our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting teams

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions and NetSuite or similar ERP solutions

3+ years of hands-on experience in requirements elicitation and documentation including 3 or more of the following methods/artifacts: business process modeling, user story development, customer journey mapping, use case elaboration, flow diagrams, and/or business case creation

3+ years of experience leading small to large-size technical, operational, and business projects, with varying complexity

3+ years of Agile Software Delivery experience using methodologies like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

A strategic approach with an orientation to detail and willingness to wear multiple hats and do whatever it takes to deliver results with support from the team and leadership

Strong issue and risk mitigation skills with the ability to focus the team on problem-solving to evaluate options and recommend optimal solutions

Strong business acumen and leadership presence

Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
