Responsibilities
• Provide advisory services to executives and business leaders• Lead product programs and projects• Solve unique and ambiguous problems• Develop and maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and customer/market/industry trends• Implement products/policies to enhance customer experience and achieve business objectives• Deliver products and services to customers• Act as Subject Matter Expert for product-related inquiries• Lead business plans and analyze industry and customer trends• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and partners• Design and coordinate end-to-end product development process
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree or product certificate and/or 10+ years relevant experience• Previous Product experience required• Previous Credit Card/Unsecured Lending Product experience preferred• Experience in leading strategy strongly recommended• Advanced knowledge of product research, analysis, forecasting, and pricing• Knowledge of competitor and market trends• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate program/project activities• Ability to contribute to strategic direction and provide advice to senior leadership• Ability to establish goals and objectives• Skill in mentoring, coaching, and performance management
