The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, as well as a deep understanding of building scalable platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and shaping our compliance platform. You will have the opportunity to participate in building the world's leading compliant crypto exchange.What You'll Be Doing:Responsible for the product design and execution of the industry-leading compliance platform.Work closely with stakeholders, including compliance and legal teams, to ensure that our product meets all regulatory requirements and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring product requirements to market.Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.What We Look For In You:Solid years of experience in product design and management, with a focus on compliance platforms and internal controls.Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Bachelor's or above degree.Technical background and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.Proven track record of successful compliance related platform projects from conception to delivery, with a focus on scalability.Nice to HavesCompliance knowledge is good to have but not a mustDeep understanding of the crypto industry and regulatory compliance, including experience with license regulatory reporting, is a plus.Mandarin Bilingual#LI-NN1#LI\\\\-ONSITE
