Responsibilities
• Process and maintain employee personnel data• Work closely with HR team members• Prepare, analyze and input payroll transactions• Process and reconcile bi-weekly payrolls• Act as first level support for employee questions• Create and modify Business Intelligence/People Analytics reports• Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws• Maintain payroll processing manual• Reconciliation of payroll account and audit of outstanding checks• Assist with system management and departmental projects
Requirements
• Associate's degree or equivalent• Three to five years of related experience• Drug testing and background checks required• Base compensation determined by education and experience
