Role Overview:
As a Senior Scheduler, you'll play a crucial role in our team, focusing on large-scale data center design and build projects. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing project schedules, crafting insightful reports, and contributing to client meetings. If you're skilled in project management software and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of project schedules and documentation.
Create engaging reports and presentations for client interactions.
Develop and maintain master schedules to meet program requirements.
Stay proactive in updating schedules and identifying potential risks.
Collaborate with project teams to address scheduling issues and develop recovery plans.
Provide valuable insights during project risk reviews.
Support in the preparation of technical reports and analyses.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
Minimum 10 years of experience in project scheduling.
Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6.
Strong understanding of engineering and construction processes.
Ability to conduct Critical Path Analysis.
Preferred:
Familiarity with RFI's and RFQ processes.
Experience with Earned Value progress tracking.
Knowledge of Time Impact Analysis.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Project.
