Position Summary Trideum Corporation has an opening for a Senior Model Based Systems Engineer / Analyst for Systems and Technology. This is a full-time position , reporting to our corporate office in Huntsville, AL.
As a Senior Model Based Systems Engineer / Analyst, you will provide oversight and support to multiple Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) projects. The Senior Model Based Systems Engineer / Analyst will lead teams responsible for using MBSE tools and techniques to support requirements development, system design, and the development of use cases for selected systems. The Senior Model Based Systems Engineer / Analyst will develop, maintain, and assess models using modeling languages such as Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF); preference is SysML. The Senior Model Based Systems Engineer / Analyst will develop system models and creates representations using data architectures and models to facilitate interoperability. The Senior Model Based Systems Engineer / Analyst will support the development of system integration plans, procedures and scenarios used in the conduct of software and hardware system integration testing and performs analysis of integration results to assess system impacts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Participate in technical risk analysis and mitigation as well as analyze and evaluates systems using MBSE artifacts Utilize strong written, communication, and presentation skills, and works effectively in a team environment Review system engineering documentation to ensure specifications meet system needs and are accurate Participate in system requirements reviews and creates/updates requirements specifications and technical documentation Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Math, Science or a technical related field 4 or more years' experience in a systems engineering or digital engineering discipline 5 or more years' experience in MBSE tools (e.g. Sparx EA, Cameo, Rhapsody, Rational Software Architect) 2 or more years' experience working with DoDAF, SysML, and MBSE Demonstrated ability to develop system behavior, structure, data, and requirements models employing either Sparx, Cameo, or Rhapsody applications in a team environment Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of systems engineering and integration activities Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance are required for the position Desired Qualifications: 2+ years' experience with DoD, in support of Acquisition, JCIDS, or Analysis of Alternatives processes Experience in Modeling, Simulation and Analysis (MS&A) INCOSE and OCSMP certifications Active Secret Clearance or higher We Take Care of Our People Whether you're looking to launch a new career or grow an existing one, Trideum is the type of company where you can balance great work with great life because we believe that taking care of our people is the right thing to do.
