Noble's Senior Media Planner is responsible for developing and managing complex cross-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on paid media for assigned clients. This role integrates strategies, tools, and tactics in alignment with company best practices and methodologies. The ideal candidate possesses experience across multiple service lines to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital marketing approach for our clients. Success in this role hinges on the ability to uncover and understand client goals, leveraging strong business acumen and communication skills to align client expectations with team actions. Approachability, a high level of business acumen, a spirit for collaboration, and strong presentation skills are required.  Noble Studios' US offices are located in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada – both locations are currently hybrid work environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic plans and manage integrated marketing campaigns for assigned clients that drive measurable results using a combination of Search, Display, Social/Content Marketing, CTV, OOH, etc.Partner with key stakeholders, including clients, client success managers, strategic planners and project managers, to define the vision, scope, and requirements for campaigns, ensuring functional and strategic alignment.Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign decisions.Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring, A/B testing, and data analysis.Effectively manage and allocate paid media budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.Generate comprehensive reports that track campaign performance and present insights to clients.Collaborate with the designated performance marketing team to monitor campaign performance for assigned clients, provide recommendations for work prioritization based on impact/effort, and supply actionable optimization guidance.Evaluate relevant data, in line with client contracts and expectations, in order to maintain awareness necessary to meet performance goals, including but not limited to customer research, market conditions, industry vertical trends, and competitor data.Stay updated on the latest paid media trends and technologies, identifying new opportunities to improve campaign performance.Lead client discussions and presentations on specific areas of services.Ensure that deliverables for assigned clients created by you and/or the performance marketing team are high quality, impactful, and in line with Noble's best practices and methodologies.Maintain awareness of time spent versus time planned for campaign execution for assigned clients, informing project managers and other team members as necessary to help manage workloads and maintain financial visibility.Develop service plans, aligning specific team activities with time requirements, to properly scope the department hours required to meet client goals and protect agency profitability.Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support client success managers in business development efforts, performing research and audits, creating reports and presentations, and pitching directly to prospects.Experience and Skills Required4+ years of experience in both digital and traditional paid media advertising and campaign management, preferably in an agency setting.Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, journalism, or related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.A close eye for details, with the ability to forecast and manage financial aspects of digital marketing, including client budgets for paid media.Proven track record of success in achieving positive ROI for clients through paid media campaigns.In-depth knowledge of paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising platforms and best practices.A strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of Google Analytics.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Google Suite is ideal.What's in It for YouThe chance to work on some of the most innovative clients in the world (Travel Nevada, Visit Lake Tahoe, Yodlee and others) at an award-winning, industry-leading creative digital performance agency.Dream big while staying local.
