Senior Mechanical Estimator.

CWP is looking for a Senior Estimator for the Mechanical Department. The Estimator is responsible for preparing and/or coordinating the preparation of complete and accurate estimates on Design/Build projects. In addition, the Estimator is responsible for preparing the proposal package, which includes preliminary schedule, clarifications, comprehensive estimates and quantity survey, among other project-specific documents. As a key role in our organization, the Estimator is expected to build effective relationships with team members, external customers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors. 
Duties/Responsibilities:  Provide competitive job estimates for Project Managers. 
Price all revisions and changes. 
• Notify Project Managers of revisions and changes provided. 
Work with the Project Manager and Assistant Project Managers on project proposals. 
Required Skills/Abilities:  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong teamwork skills 
10+ years of experience as an Estimator 
10+ years of experience in industrial/construction
