Types of Projects: Facilities Design, Offices, Labs, Data Centers and Industrial Plants. This is NOT a product development or machine design job.
Responsibilities Design ventilation HVAC and exhaust systems using AutoCAD. Manage mechanical scope for projects at different design stages. Lead assignments for drawing, presentation, and system integration. Generate reports, drawings, and plans, ensuring project deliverables are met. Qualifications 4 years of mechanical design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Strong experience in commercial or industrial facility mechanical design projects. Able to perform heating and cooling load calculations. Expertise in HVAC, exhaust systems, plumbing, and utility piping design. Familiarity with hygiene codes and ventilation standards. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships. Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate: $40-$52/hour depending upon previous experience and qualifications.
