Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveAnd More!Senior Marketing Specialist Details: Contract to Hire position$32.00 to $39.75 /hourFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Lead performance creative ideation with a firm grasp on the testing process & results reportingWork closely with creative agencies to ensure we produce resonant creatives across all performance channels - that are both on-brand and deliver excellent KPIsLead, drive and refine team processesCreatively iterate on channel strategy including ongoing hypothesis formation and calendar buildingKey contributor to ASO testing roadmap and analysisCollaborate with broader marketing team to develop the on-going event strategy including sponsorship logistics, pre-show promotional campaigns, managing vendor relationships, planning onsite ancillary events, and overseeing post-event follow up (i.e., post-event KPI and debrief readouts, measurement of marketing programs)Responsible for administrative work pre-event and onsite coordination, including maintaining event calendars, event reports and other key documentsCollaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and ops teamsSenior Marketing Specialist Qualifications: Min of 5 yrs. of digital marketing and product marketing experience, preferably in apps, gaming, or entertainment with a drive for crafting brand image and consumer engagements3+ years in event or field marketing a plus / preferredPreferred SaaS/tech industry experience with an understanding of B2C marketingExperience in the automobile industry is a plus but not requiredExperience working with mass IP entertainment brands: film, TV, toy, or game brands is a plus but not required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
