Position: Senior Marketing Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (United States)
About the Role:
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll lead and manage a dynamic team focused on crafting compelling proposals, responses to RFPs, and client presentations. Your storytelling prowess will showcase the essence of Our Laboratories, positioning us for success with both current and prospective clients. Collaboration is key as you work closely with sales leads and a cross-functional proposal team to develop materials that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and development of proposals, RFPs, and presentation materials.
Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, accuracy, readability, and alignment with client needs.
Develop and maintain a library of standard language for consistent messaging.
Utilize creative writing, content design, and data visualization to effectively tell our story.
Uphold Mayo brand standards in all communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years of professional experience, or a master's degree with 3 years of experience.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing and project management.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous leadership or management experience.
Compensation:
$93,204.80 - $130,499.20/year (Salary commensurate with experience and education)
