Work from the comfort of your home, a local coffee shop or wherever in the U.S. brings you joy! The salary range for this position is: $85,000 to $105,000 based upon experience.The impact of this roleAs the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role as a stakeholder in shaping the future of AMA's learning business and the opportunity to influence marketing's impact on the learning products portfolio .Our marketing team is responsible for not only amplifying our impact but also helping us expand our reach. This role is pivotal in the evolution of AMA as it builds beyond its current offerings. What you'll be doingOwning the process of planning and executing holistic marketing plans and activities across AMA owned & operated channels, paid channels, and partners (external) channels. Responsible for learning product set-up and management using various content management systems such as Wordpress, Salesforce and event hosting platforms such as Cvent. This also includes tasks such as (but not limited to) understanding user journey and product purchase behaviors, copywriting, creative development, cross-promotional partnership negotiations. (please note that this is approximately 50% of the work) Working closely with the Learning team to evaluate and evolve the product mix based on the needs of the customer, market competition, and AMA strategic direction.  Spearheading collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics that drive business success in terms of customer acquisition, retention, and experience.Continually assessing and evaluating the customer experience with our business portfolio and optimizing customer perception of the brand and products.Proactively exploring new marketing tactics to test, learn, and optimize ROI.  Staying on top of competition and providing competitive analysis to the organization.  Completing other special projects as assigned.What you bring to the table5+ years of work experience with a proven track record of driving business success in terms of digital product marketing, customer acquisition and retentionProven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading acquisition marketing campaignsA passion for numbers and identify yourself as a data-driven marketer. Experienced analyzing data and providing strategic recommendations based on your analysisExperience analyzing and optimizing email, digital, and printed copy tailored to the target audienceAbility to learn new systems and platforms with training documents and minimal supervisionProficiency in Microsoft OfficeWhat you may also haveBachelor's degree with a concentration in MarketingPrior experience in working with project management tools Prior experience in working with CRM systemsWhat to expect from the interview processHiring Manager resume reviewOne way video interview on Spark Hire (We promise this isn't scary!
