As a member of the Health and Financial Marketing Production Management team, the Marketing Production Manager will manage and execute B2B and B2C communication strategies and tactics. This role involves direct collaboration with internal operations teams, driving the execution of campaigns and assets, and identifying synergies across teams.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage complex, multi-component projects against various metrics and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You should be a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for communication, a knack for finding creative solutions, and an enthusiasm for measuring results.

Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, including print delivery fulfillment, email, creative, marketing managers, data analytics, and data teams for Omni-channel campaigns.
Oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines and ensuring smooth, on-time delivery of all project aspects.
Utilize multiple platforms for organizing, tracking, and managing projects.
Schedule and co-lead kick-off meetings with marketing managers.
Manage the creative development process with internal and external creative partners.
Quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
Continuously refine processes and seek innovative solutions.
Embrace and adapt to our organizational culture.
Required Qualifications:
Equivalent experience can substitute for post-high school education.
4+ years of project management experience.
1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with marketing project management systems (e.g., Workfront).
Experience in executing marketing plans and strategies for B2B and B2C sectors.
Personal Characteristics:
Keen curiosity for continuous learning and the ability to apply insights to the business.
