Osborn Engineering/OSPORTS is a recognized multi-disciplinary design leader. As part of its continued strategic growth, Osborn/OSPORTS is seeking candidates to join team at one of our office locations as a Senior Marketing Associate. The Senior Marketing Associate strategically assists with the business development and marketing process, including proposals, presentation preparation, marketing database, trade show coordination, and graphics-related projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications or similar field is required. Five or more years of experience including experience in a proposal-based marketing setting. A/E/C industry experience highly desired. This individual must be a self starter who can work independently and meet deadlines. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong writing skills, communication, organizational and graphic skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) software highly desired. Knowledge of Cosential CRM database a plus.
Position Responsibilities: RFQ/RFP Process - assist or take lead on proposal documents, with strong input on strategy, content, layout, schedule and production Market Sector Qualifications development and upkeep of specific market sector quals including coordination with technical staff for creation of new project profiles and website maintenance. Social Media & PR work with leaders to create new content and graphics for social media, manage print/e-media, e-mail blasts, maintain award submissions Marketing Database - create/maintain database of all graphic/written content Implement Marketing Initiatives - including white papers, speaking engagements, trade shows, collateral materials (brochures, books, banners, trade-show, business cards, etc.) Presentations - take lead on creating presentations for marketing or interviews Photography - coordinate photography of built work Strategy - work with Manager and Director on annual marketing plan and budget Job Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. 5 or more years in proposal-based marketing setting.
