Job Description
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Engineering to join our Service Management Office. We are looking for hands-on experience implementing and supporting an Enterprise ServiceNow platform solution. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Designing and documenting technical specifications, configurations, and customizations for out of the box, new solutions and systems integrations.
- Developing coding and configuration standards as well as best practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model.
- Creating and documenting technical governance processes; Providing technical guidance and recommendations to developers on platform-wide development solutions.
- Participating in ongoing projects, collaborating with Business Analysts, Technical leads and Developers functioning as technical SME.
- Providing technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
- Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline the overall platform and its performance.
- Managing daily activities of engineers, and team members delivering on enterprise requirements.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 95,000
Maximum: 209,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 4+ years of Management experience.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies, workflows, and integrations.
- 5+ years of information technology systems design and planning experience; in data, systems, applications, or architecture.
- 4+ years of platform governance experience with ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications
- One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator, (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist, or (CAD) Certified Application Developer.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of developing using Web Services, Java Script, Angular JS, CSS and HTML, SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML.
- Experience in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, ITSM, Service Portal and ITAM .
- Strong experience designing and developing integrations
- Experience in building custom applications.
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Education
- Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Arts degree or higher.
