Overview: Manage a Sales Development team consisting of of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) as they contact customers and prospects daily via phone and email to identify leads and sales-ready opportunities. The manager will execute on team goals, hire, train, and develop team members, and work closely with sales and marketing leaders. The manager will motivate, lead, mentor and guide the team to achieving daily/weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline and revenue goals, improve process efficiencies and deliver on other well-defined objectives.

Hire and train Sales Development Representatives to meet the requirements of the position Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Sales prospecting and pipeline development activities Ensure key performance metric targets are met/exceeded consistently through outbound activity, inbound activity, and opportunity goals Engage with sales leaders to ensure pipeline quality Set meetings for Sales reps on qualified opportunities Strategize with sales and marketing counterparts on pipeline and prospecting initiatives top meet company objectives Measure, monitor and report on Sales Development KPIs Execution of prospecting campaigns Provide new Sales Development reps with the necessary training, coaching and guidance to ensure early success as well as career development Work closely with Talent on all potential risk and disciplinary actions necessary Develop and execute career development and leadership Leverage all possible product training and applicable sales training on an ongoing basis Reporting and business analysis as needed Develop process and policy as necessary to ensure business goals are met Motivate and maintain morale to ensure goals are met • Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: To be considered for and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree 7+ years inside sales experience 4 years sales training and management experience Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools Compensation & Benefits:

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $87,438 – $101,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
